Reliability Standard. Seller agrees to abide by (i) CPUC General Order No. 167, “Enforcement of Maintenance and Operation Standards for Electric Generating Facilities”, and (ii) all applicable requirements regarding interconnection of the Project, including the requirements of the interconnected Participating Transmission Owner.
Reliability Standard. Seller agrees to abide by all (i) NERC, WECC and CAISO reliability requirements, including all such reliability requirements for generator owners and generator operators, and, if applicable, CPUC General Order No.167, “Enforcement of Maintenance and Operation Standards for Electrical Generating Facilities,” and (ii) all applicable requirements regarding interconnection of the Project, including the requirements of the interconnected Transmission Provider. Seller shall enter into and comply with the WECC Reliability Management System (Generator) Agreement, or successor agreement, as of the Commercial Operation Date and throughout the Delivery Term.

Seller agrees to abide by all (i) NERC, WECC and CAISO reliability requirements, including all such reliability requirements for generator owners and generator operators, and, if applicable, CPUC General Order No.167, “Enforcement of Maintenance and Operation Standards for Electrical Generating Facilities,” and (ii) all applicable requirements regarding interconnection of the Project, including the requirements of the interconnected Transmission Provider.
Reliability Standard. Seller agrees to abide by all (i) NERC, WECC and Transmission Provider reliability requirements and (ii) all of PG&E’s applicable requirements regarding interconnection of the Units, including in the case in which the interconnected transmission owner or operator is PG&E, PG&E’s Interconnection Handbook. Seller shall maintain its WECC Reliability Management System Agreement in full force and effect throughout the Services Term.
Reliability Standard. “Reliability Standard” means a NERC reliability standard, duly in effect, under the rules, regulations and laws governing such standards, to provide for reliable operation of the Bulk-Power System.
Reliability Standard. “Reliability Standard” shall mean a requirement to provide for Reliable Operation of the Bulk Power System, including, without limitation, the foregoing requirements for the operation of existing Bulk Power System facilities, including cyber security protection, and the design of planned additions or modifications to such facilities to the extent necessary for reliable operation of the Bulk Power System, but shall not include any requirement to enlarge Bulk Power System facilities or to construct new transmission capacity or generation capacity.
Reliability Standard. A requirement approved by FERC under section 215 of the Federal Power Act, to provide for reliable operation of the Bulk-Electric System in the United States. Regional Reliability Standards are specific to the Western Interconnection and shall be established using the WECC Standards Development Procedures.

The term includes requirements for the operation of existing bulk-power system facilities, including cybersecurity protection, and the design of planned additions or modifications to such facilities to the extent necessary to provide for reliable operation of the bulk- power system, but the term does not include any requirement to enlarge such facilities or to construct new transmission capacity or generation capacity. A Reliability Standard for the Western Interconnection may also be approved by Canadian and Mexican regulatory authorities.

Seller shall enter into and comply with the WECC Reliability Management System (Generator) Agreement, or successor agreement, as of the Commercial Operation Date and throughout the Delivery Term.

Seller agrees to abide by all NERC, ReliabilityFirst Corporation, PJM and Commission reliability requirements and all of Buyer’s applicable requirements regarding interconnection and operation of the Project, updated from time to time by Buyer consistent with Good Utility Practices in consultation with Seller.
