TESTS AND COUPONS. It shall be the obligation of the Employer, or the Employer's designated testing laboratory, to properly label and identify the individual Welder's test coupons and to see that these coupons are available for a period of not less than thirty (30) days, where possible, in the case of a question arising as to whether or not an employee properly passed said welding test. It, however, is to be understood that the only tests recognized as proper are those that have a written procedure for testing an employee's ability. The Union shall receive within thirty (30) days written verification of the welding qualifications based on employee’s test results.
