DIR issued a solicitation on the Comptroller of Public Accounts’ Electronic State Business Daily, Request for Offer (RFO) DIR-TSO-TMP-225, on February 27, 2015, for Software, including Software as a Service, Products and Related Services. Upon execution of this Contract, a notice of award for RFO DIR-TSO-TMP-225 shall be posted by DIR on the Electronic State Business Daily.

Vendor responded to both op- portunities and DIR and Vendor have engaged in extensive negotiations, discussions and due diligence that have culminated in the formation of the contractual relationship de- scribed in this CTSA. Upon execution of all CTSAs arising from the RFO, a notice of award for RFO DIR–TEX-AN NG–001 shall be posted by DIR on the Electronic State Business Daily.

Upon execution of all agreements arising from the RFO, a notice of award for RFO DIR–TSO-TMP-227 shall be posted by DIR on the Electronic State Business Daily.

The ESC shall endeavor to solicit prices for goods and services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing purchase contracts by Members, and will keep a record of its procurement methodology for inspection by any Member. Each Member is responsible to for determining, in consultation with its legal counsel, whether purchasing through this cooperative will satisfy the requirements of any applicable law or regulation.

DIR and Successful Respondent have engaged in extensive negotiations, discussions, and due diligence that have culminated in the formation of the contractual relationship described in this CTSA. Upon execution of all CTSAs arising from the RFO, a notice of award for RFO DIR-CPO-TMP-552 shall be posted by DIR on the ESBD.

Contractor provided the Response and after an evaluation and a determination by OCA that Contractor was invited into negotiations, OCA and Contractor engaged in extensive MSA OCA Contract No. 212210180 negotiations, discussions and due diligence that culminated in the formation of the contractual relationship described in this Agreement. OCA shall post a notice of award for an agreement arising from the RFO on the Electronic State Business Daily website (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx/esbd).
