TERMS OF SERVICES PROVIDED; TRADING POLICIES ANDPROCEDURES a. Subject to the conditions of the Customer Agreement and acceptance of your application to open an Account, GAIN Capital will maintain one or more Accounts in your name, and will affect cash settled and physically settled transactions with and for you in the international over-the-counter currency markets on a spot basis and provide such other services and products as GAIN Capital may, in its sole discretion, determine from time to time in the future. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all transactions entered into in connection with the DMA Services shall be governed by the terms of the Customer Agreement.
