Common use of Terms of Employment Clause in Contracts

Terms of Employment. Neither the fact of the establishment of the Plan nor the fact that a common law Employee has become a Participant shall give to that common law Employee any right to continued employment; nor shall either fact limit the right of the Employer to discharge or to deal otherwise with a common law Employee without regard to the effect such treatment may have upon the Employee's rights under the Plan.
