The Executive acknowledges that this Agreement does not constitute an employment contract and that the Executive's employment relationship with the Corporation is at-will and not for any particular period. Rather, this Agreement is only intended to set forth certain liquidated damages to be paid in the event of termination of the Executive upon the terms and conditions specified herein.
