Terms of Appointment; Duties of DST AMS. 1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, the Trust hereby employs and appoints DST AMS to act as, and DST AMS agrees to act as its transfer agent for each Fund’s authorized and issued shares of its beneficial interest (“Shares”), dividend disbursing agent and agent in connection with any accumulation, open-account or similar plans provided to the shareholders of each Fund (“Shareholders”) and set out in the currently effective prospectus and statement of additional information (“Prospectus”) of each Fund, including without limitation any periodic investment plan or periodic withdrawal program.

  • Services and Duties of USBFS USBFS shall provide the following accounting services to the Fund:

  • Duration of Appointment The Employment shall be deemed to have commenced on the Commencement Date and shall continue unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

  • CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT 18.1 Each Paying Agent shall be entitled to deal with money paid to it by the Issuer for the purpose of this Agreement in the same manner as other money paid to a banker by its customers except:

  • Term of Agreement; Resignation and Removal of Administrator This Agreement shall continue in force until the dissolution of the Issuer, upon which event this Agreement shall automatically terminate.
