Terms and procedure of payment of Contract Price. 10.2.1 The Contractor will raise invoice for its Scope of Project directly to the Authority on successful completion of the milestones (as applicable to them) provided in Schedule 6 (Contract Price and Payment Milestones) of this Contract. The invoices shall be accompanied with relevant supporting documents evidencing achievement of applicable payment milestone and any other documents required by the Authority in this regard. The pro-forma of the invoice and the documents and details to accompany it, shall be mutually discussed and agreed to by the Parties, provided that the Contractor shall at all times ensure that invoices are raised in accordance with the relevant provisions of Applicable Laws, so as to enable the Authority to avail credit of the taxes indicated in the said invoice.
