Termination Without Cause; Constructive Termination Without Cause. Upon a Termination Without Cause or a Constructive Termination Without Cause, the Company shall, as soon as practicable following the effectiveness of the general release of claims set forth in Section 7(f), pay the Executive a lump-sum severance payment of cash equal to the product of the Base Salary times 3.
Termination Without Cause; Constructive Termination Without Cause. In the event the Company or any successor to the Company terminates Executive's employment without Cause, or if Executive terminates his employment in a Constructive Termination without Cause, the Company shall, in addition to paying the amounts provided under Section 7(c)(i), pay to Executive, in one lump sum no later than 31 days following the Date of Termination, an amount equal to three times Covered Average Compensation. The Company shall also, commencing upon the Date of Termination:

During the Employment Period, in the event IMH or Infinet, as applicable, or any successor to IMH or Infinet, as applicable, terminates Executive’s employment without Cause, or if Executive terminates Executive’s employment in a Constructive Termination without Cause, IMH or Infinet, as applicable, shall, in addition to paying the amounts provided under Section 7.3(i), pay to Executive, in one lump sum, an amount equal to two (2) times Executive’s Covered Average Compensation applicable to IMH or Infinet (with no duplication of benefits). In order to receive this payment, Executive must execute (and not revoke) a Separation Agreement within the time periods described in Section 7.3(viii). The lump sum payment called for by this Section 7.3(v) shall be paid at the time specified in Section 7.3(viii). If Executive executes (and does not revoke) the Separation Agreement within the time periods described in Section 7.3(viii), IMH or Infinet, as applicable, shall also:

Termination Without Cause; Constructive Termination Without Cause. Upon (x) a Termination Without Cause or (y) a Constructive Termination Without Cause, the Company shall, as soon as practicable following the Executive’s execution and delivery to the Company of the general release of claims set forth in Section 7(g) and, following the expiration of any applicable revocation period, cause the Executive to be paid a lump-sum severance payment of cash equal to the product of the Base Salary times 2, except that (I) prior to January 1, 2009, for any termination under clause (x) or (y) or (II) in connection with a Constructive Termination Without Cause occurring in connection with a Change in Control (as defined under clause (F) of the definition of Constructive Termination Without Cause) after January 1, 2009, it shall be Base Salary times 3.
Termination Without Cause; Constructive Termination Without Cause. (a) The Company may terminate the Executive's employment with the Company Group at any time without Cause upon not less than 30 days' prior written notice to the Executive; provided that in the event that such notice is given, the Executive shall be under no obligation to render any additional services to the Company Group and shall be allowed to seek other employment. On the date of termination specified in such notice, the Executive agrees to resign all positions, including as an officer and, if applicable, as a director, related to the Company Group.
Termination Without Cause; Constructive Termination Without Cause. In the event that Employee’s employment is terminated by the Company for reasons other than Cause, death or Disability or in the event of a Constructive Termination Without Cause (as defined herein), Employee shall be entitled to:

Termination Without Cause; Constructive Termination Without Cause. During the Term, in the event IMH or Infinet, as applicable, or any successor to IMH or Infinet, as applicable, terminates the Consultant without Cause, or if the Consultant terminates the Consultant in a Constructive Termination without Cause, IMH or Infinet, as applicable, shall, in addition to paying the amounts provided under Section 8.3(i), pay to the Consultant, in one lump sum, an amount equal to two (2) times the Consultant’s Covered Average Fees applicable to IMH or Infinet (with no duplication of benefits), as applicable. In order to receive this payment, the Consultant must execute (and not revoke) a Separation Agreement within the time periods described in Section 8.3(vii). The lump sum payment called for by this Section 8.3(iv) shall be paid at the time specified in Section 8.3(vii). If the Consultant executes (and does not revoke) the Separation Agreement within the time periods described in Section 8.3(vii), IMH or Infinet, as applicable, shall also:

In the event Executive's employment is terminated by the Company without Cause (which shall not include a termination pursuant to Paragraph 9(a) or 9(d)) or in the event of a Constructive Termination Without Cause, or in the event of a Termination by Mutual Consent in Anticipation of a Change in Control, Executive, upon executing and not revoking a release of the Company as to all matters arising in the course of his employment by the Company and the termination thereof, in the form attached as Exhibit A to this Amendment, shall be entitled to receive:
