Termination of the Lease In terminating the Lease, the following procedures shall be followed by the Authority and Tenant:
Termination of Access Once this Agreement ends, by early termination or otherwise, the Licensor may terminate access to the Licensed Materials by Licensee, Participating Institutions and Authorized users, subject to Section XII, below.
