Termination of Employment During the Term of the Agreement. Upon, and as of, the date of the Executive’s termination of employment with the Company for any reason, the Executive will be deemed to have resigned from all positions he then holds as an officer or employee of the Company. The Executive’s employment may be terminated during the Term of this Agreement pursuant to the following terms and conditions:
