Common use of Termination of Employee Without Cause Clause in Contracts

Termination of Employee Without Cause. (a) The Board of Directors may terminate Employee's employment hereunder without Cause (as defined in subsection 10(b) below) at any time, provided, however, that such termination by the Board without Cause shall entitle Employee to the compensation described in subsection 9(b) below.
