Common use of Termination of Authority Clause in Contracts

Termination of Authority. Upon the termination or revocation of authority of an Authorized Representative by the Authorized Participant, the Authorized Participant shall (i) give, as promptly as practicable under the circumstances, written notice of such fact to the Trustee and such notice shall be effective upon receipt by the Trustee; and (ii) request a new PIN Number. The Trustee shall, as promptly as practicable, de-activate the PIN Number upon receipt of such written notice.

Termination of Authority. Upon the termination or revocation of authority of an Authorized Representative Person by the Authorized Participant, the Authorized Participant shall (i) give, as promptly as practicable under the circumstances, give prompt written notice of such fact to the Trustee Distributor and the Adviser, and such notice shall be effective upon receipt by the Trustee; Distributor and (ii) request a new PIN Numberthe Adviser. The Trustee shall, as Distributor shall promptly as practicable, de-activate deactivate the PIN Number of such Authorized Person upon receipt of such the written noticenotice and promptly notify the Transfer Agent of deactivation of any PIN Number.

The Trustee Processing Agent shall, as promptly as practicable, de-activate the PIN Number upon receipt of such written notice.

The Trustee shall, as promptly as practicable, de-activate deactivate the PIN Number upon receipt of such written notice.

Upon the termination or revocation of authority of an Authorized Representative by the Authorized Participant or the revocation of a PIN Number by the Authorized Participant, the Authorized Participant shall (i) give, as promptly as practicable under the circumstances, give immediate written notice of such fact to the Administrative Trustee and such notice shall be effective upon receipt by the Administrative Trustee; and (ii) ), if applicable, request a new PIN Number. The Administrative Trustee shall, as promptly as practicable, de-activate deactivate the PIN Number upon receipt of such written notice.

Upon the termination or revocation of authority of an such Authorized Representative Person by the Authorized Participant, the Authorized Participant shall (i) give, as promptly as practicable under the circumstances, give immediate written notice of such fact to the Trustee Distributor and the Fund and such notice shall be effective upon receipt by both the TrusteeDistributor and the Fund; and (ii) request a new PIN Number. The Trustee shall, as Distributor shall promptly as practicable, de-activate the PIN Number upon receipt of such written notice.
