Representation of Authority. Each individual executing this Agreement on behalf of a party hereto hereby represents and warrants that he or she is, on the date he or she signs this Agreement, duly authorized by all necessary and appropriate action to execute this Agreement on behalf of such party and does so with full legal authority.
Representation of Authority. Each Party represents and warrants to the other that the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the performance of such Party’s obligations hereunder have been duly authorized and that the Agreement is validly and legally binding on such Party and enforceable in accordance with its terms.

By his execution hereof each of the signatories on behalf of the respective parties hereby warrants and represents to the other that he or she is duly authorized to execute this Lease on behalf of such party. If either Landlord or Tenant is a corporation, the applicable party hereby appoints the signatory whose name appears below on behalf of such party as its attorney-in-fact for the purpose of executing this Lease for and on behalf of such party.

Contractor represents and warrants that this Agreement constitutes the legal, valid, binding, and enforceable obligation of Contractor, and that neither the execution nor performance of this Agreement constitutes a breach of any agreement that Contractor has with any third party or violates Applicable Law. Contractor further represents and warrants that execution of this Agreement is within Contractor’s legal powers, and each individual executing this Agreement on behalf of Contractor is duly authorized by all necessary and appropriate action to do so on behalf of Contractor and does so with full legal authority.
Representation of Authority. Consultant represents and warrants that this Agreement constitutes the legal, valid, binding, and enforceable obligation of Consultant, and that neither the execution nor performance of this Agreement constitutes a breach of any agreement that Consultant has with any third party or violates any law, rule, regulation, or duty arising in law or equity applicable to Consultant. Consultant further represents and warrants that execution of this Agreement is within Consultant’s legal powers, and each individual executing this Agreement on behalf of Consultant is duly authorized by all necessary and appropriate action to do so on behalf of Consultant and does so with full legal authority.
Representation of Authority. The Company and Consultant each hereby represents and warrants that has the necessary power and authority to enter into and deliver this Agreement, to perform its obligations hereunder and to consummate the transaction contemplated hereby, and that such actions have been duly authorized by, respectively, the Company and the Consultant in accordance with applicable law.
Representation of Authority. Each individual executing this Agreement on behalf of himself, herself, or limited liability company, corporation, or other legal entity represents and warrants that he or she has all requisite right, power, and authority to do so and to bind such person or entity to each and all of the terms hereof.
Representation of Authority. Each Party, upon its execution and delivery of this Agreement, represents that it has authority to enter into and perform this Agreement. Each Party represents that the individual signing this Agreement on its behalf is authorized to sign this Agreement on behalf of the Party for which such individual signs.
Representation of Authority. The undersigned hereby represent and warrant that they are authorized by the respective parties to execute this M.O.U.
Representation of Authority. By execution and delivery of this Amendment, each party hereby represents and warrants to the other parties that the person executing this Amendment for such party is duly authorized to execute this Amendment on behalf of such party.
