Common use of Termination of Authority Clause in Contracts

Termination of Authority. Immediately upon the Executive terminating or being terminated from his employment with the Company for any reason, notwithstanding anything else appearing in this Agreement or otherwise, the Executive will stop serving the functions of his terminated or expired position(s) and shall be without any of the authority or responsibility for such position(s).

Termination of Authority. Upon termination of employment, the Executive shall also be entitled to all benefits accrued and vested under any employee benefit plan of the Company.

Immediately upon the Executive terminating or being terminated from his employment with the Company for any reason, notwithstanding anything else appearing in this Agreement or otherwise, the Executive agrees that he shall be deemed to have resigned from (without prejudice to any rights that the Executive may have under this Agreement) and will stop serving the functions of his terminated or expired position(s) with the Company or any affiliate, including without limitation as a member of the Board (unless otherwise requested by the Board), and shall be without any of the authority or responsibility for such position(s).

Immediately upon the Executive terminating or being terminated from his employment with the Company for any reasonreason or upon the expiration of this Agreement, notwithstanding anything else appearing in this Agreement or otherwise, the Executive will stop serving the functions of his terminated or expired position(s) positions, and shall be without any of the authority or responsibility for such position(s)positions. On request of the Board at any time following his termination of employment for any reason or upon the expiration of this Agreement, the Executive shall resign from the Board if then a member.

Termination of Authority. On request of the Board of Trustees of the Company (the "Board") at any time following his termination of employment for any reason, the Executive shall resign from the Board if then a member.

On request of the Board at any time following his termination of employment for any reason, the Executive shall resign from the Board if then a member.
