Termination in relation to Guarantee. The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement by serving notice on the Supplier in writing with effect from the date specified in such notice if the Supplier is required to procure a Guarantee from a Guarantor pursuant to Clause 34 (Guarantee) where: the Guarantor withdraws the Guarantee; or any of the events set out in Clauses 27.11.1 to 27.11.8 (inclusive) occurs in respect of the Guarantor; or the Guarantee becomes invalid or unenforceable, in each case where the Guarantee is not replaced by an alternative agreement acceptable to the Authority.]
