Common use of Termination in relation to Fraud Clause in Contracts

Termination in relation to Fraud. The Authority may terminate this Framework Agreement by serving notice on the Supplier in writing with effect from the date specified in the notice where the conduct prohibited in Clause 11.3 (Safeguard against Fraud) has occurred.
