Termination for Convenience of Owner. 26.1 Owner may, with or without cause, terminate performance of the Work under this Agreement in whole or, from time to time, in part if Owner determines that termination is in Owner’s interest. Owner shall effect such termination by delivering to Job Order Contractor a Notice of Termination specifying the extent of termination and the effective date.
