Termination for Cause by the Service Provider. 28.2.1. In the event that the Company fails to pay the Service Provider when undisputed amounts for the Services or amounts which have been finally adjudged to be due for the Services fall due and it fails to make such payment within 90 (ninety) days of the later of notice from the Service Provider of the failure to make such payment or the date that an amount is finally adjudged to be due under the Agreement, then the Service Provider may, by giving notice to the Company terminate this Agreement as of the date set out in the notice of termination.
