Termination due to Disaffiliation or Marriage/Domestic Partnership. Tenant may apply for termination of the Agreement based on disaffiliation, as defined below, or marriage/domestic partnership registration, provided all of the termination terms and conditions of this Section 43.2 are met. In order for a request to be accepted by the University, Tenant must (1) submit a Termination Application (form provided by Housing Services) to the Housing Services during University business hours only, (2) state a specific move-out date, which date must fall on a University business day, and (3) submit this application to Housing Services no less than 30 days' in advance of the desired move-out date.

  • Termination Due to Retirement Subject to Section 7 below, in the event of Termination due to Retirement, then (regardless of any subsequent death of the Employee) the Option will continue to vest pursuant to Section 3, and the last date on which the Option may be exercised is the day prior to the Expiration Date.
