All Other Communications Clause Samples

The "All Other Communications" clause defines how parties should handle communications that are not otherwise specifically addressed in the contract. Typically, this clause outlines the acceptable methods for sending general notices, requests, or information—such as by email, mail, or other agreed-upon means—and may specify to whom such communications should be directed. Its core function is to ensure that all miscellaneous or informal communications between the parties are managed in an organized and predictable manner, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or missed messages.
