Termination; Closing an Account. 20.1.1. The Client or the Custodian may terminate this Agreement as between itself and the other party hereto by giving not less than sixty (60) days’ prior written notice to such other party. Termination with respect to any Fund shall be effected by the Custodian and the Client agreeing to an amended Appendix A deleting such Fund. Termination of this Agreement with respect to any Fund shall not terminate this Agreement with respect to any other Fund.
