Termination by NMHFM for Cause. The Group is required to provide the NMHFM with all or some of the following no fewer than thirty (30) days prior to the event: proof of insurance, copy of a contract for uniformed security, copy of a contract for a bartender, security deposit, and full payment. If the Group fails to timely meet its obligations under this Agreement, or otherwise violates any provision in the Agreement, the NMHFM may terminate the Agreement immediately.
