TERMINATING THE APPOINTMENT. The Client agrees that the appointment by the Client of the Agent pursuant to Section A (the “Appointment”) is binding upon the Client and the Client’s heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns. BMO InvestorLine will continue to deal with the Agent until the Appointment is terminated in the manner described below:

TERMINATING THE APPOINTMENT.
