Common use of Terminals Clause in Contracts

Terminals. ‌ Subject to the Parties’ underlying respective agreements with other Partners, the Parties are authorized to discuss and agree on the joint and/or individual negotiation of appropriate contracts with terminal operators and stevedores, and to reach agreement on other issues relating to the loading and/or discharge of cargo, such as but not limited to overtime, stand-by time and common costs sharing.
