Term, Termination, Default, and Remedies. 9.1 The initial term of this Agreement shall be five (5) years commencing on the Commencement Date and ending June 30, 2026 (“Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall be automatically renewed for successive terms of five (5) years each unless canceled in writing by either party no less than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to expiration.

Term, Termination, Default, and Remedies. This Agreement shall commence upon September 1, 2022 (regardless of the date of signature) and terminate upon the sooner of a) February 28, 2023 or b) upon termination as provided by this Agreement.
