Common use of Term of the Partnership Clause in Contracts

Term of the Partnership. The Partnership commenced on April 14, 1986, the date that the Certificate of Limited Partnership was filed in accordance with the provisions of the Delaware Act, and shall continue until December 31, 2086, or until the earlier termination of the Partnership in accordance with Article 15.
