Common use of Term of Master Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term of Master Agreement. Unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Master Agreement, this Master Agreement will commence as of the Effective Date and will remain in effect until the later of: (i) December 31, 2030; or (ii) the anniversary of the first date on which no Service Agreement is in effect between the Parties (the “Term”).
