Amendment Term. This Agreement for Supplemental Services is for a term commencing on July 19, 2021 and continuing through August 31, 2021 (“Term”), unless terminated sooner.
Amendment Term. The term of the Master Agreement may be amended past the initial term and stated renewal periods for a reasonable period if in the judgment of the Lead State a follow-on competitive procurement will be unavoidably delayed (despite good faith efforts) beyond the planned date of execution of the follow-on master agreement. This subsection will not be deemed to limit the authority of a Lead State under its state law to otherwise negotiate contract extensions.
Amendment Term. The Parties’ respective performances under this Amendment and the changes to the Contract contained herein shall commence on the Amendment Effective Date shown on the Signature and Cover Page for this Amendment.

Amendment Term. This Amendment shall be effective from January 1, 2017 through March 31, 2017, subject to its other provisions, and the availability of funds, whether state or Federal unless terminated earlier by either party according to the termination provisions of the Agreement.
