Amendment Limitations Clause Samples
The Amendment Limitations clause defines the restrictions and procedures for making changes to an agreement after it has been executed. Typically, this clause requires that any modifications be made in writing and agreed upon by all parties involved, and may specify that certain types of amendments are not permitted or must follow a particular process. Its core practical function is to ensure that all parties have clarity and mutual consent regarding any changes, thereby preventing unauthorized or unilateral alterations to the contract.
