Common use of Term of Master Agreement Clause in Contracts

Term of Master Agreement. 4.1 This Master Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall expire on January 27, 2030, unless sooner terminated or extended, in whole or in part, as provided in this Master Agreement.
