Common use of Term of Employment; Termination Clause in Contracts

Term of Employment; Termination. (a) The "Term of Employment" shall commence on the date hereof and shall continue through September 30, 2006 (such term ending on September 30, 2006 being the "Original Term"). Should the Executive's employment be earlier terminated by the Company pursuant to Section 3(b) or by the Executive pursuant to Section 3(c), the Term of Employment shall end on the date of such earlier termination.
