TERM AND REOPENER. 10.1 This Agreement shall be effective during the term of the Labor Agreement. In addition, either party may give notice to reopen and modify this Memorandum of Understanding, not more than once annually upon the anniversary of the labor agreement, by giving at least thirty (30) days’ notice to the other.
TERM AND REOPENER. The term of this Memorandum of Understanding shall commence on July 1, 2021 and shall expire June 30, 2024, unless otherwise agreed to by both parties. TERM AND REOPENER. 22.1 This Agreement shall become effective on [date of ratification or board approval, whichever occurs later] and shall continue through midnight, [three years from the date of ratification or board approval, whichever occurs later]. It shall automatically be renewed from year to year thereafter unless either party gives notice of a desire to modify, amend or terminate it at least ninety, but not more than one hundred and twenty days prior to [three years from date of ratification or board approval, whichever occurs later], or any annual day and month thereafter if it is automatically renewed, in which event this Agreement shall remain in effect during negotiations, and until ten days’ advance written notice by either party of its termination, but such notice may not be given sooner than ten days before the expiration date. Upon any termination of this Agreement, all rights and obligations of the College, Union, and employees under this Agreement shall cease.

  • Term and Reopening Negotiations This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for a period commencing July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2024, and thereafter pursuant to PELRA. If either party desires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing on July 1, 2024, it shall give written notice of such intent no later than May 1, 2024. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not commence negotiations more than ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement.

  • Term and Renewal This Agreement shall become effective as of the Effective Date and shall remain in effect for a period of three years from and after the Live Date (the “Initial Term”), and thereafter shall automatically renew for successive three year terms (each such period, a “Renewal Term”) unless terminated by any party giving written notice of non-renewal at least one hundred eighty days prior to the last day of the then current term to each other party hereto.

  • Term and Renewal of Agreements The Agreement with TIPS is for three (3) years with an option for renewal for an additional one (1) consecutive year if both parties agree. TIPS may or may not exercise the one-year extension beyond the base three-year term and whether or not to offer the extension is at the sole discretion of TIPS. The scheduled Agreement termination date shall be the last date of the month of the last month of the agreement’s legal effect. Example: If the agreement is scheduled to end on May 23, the anniversary date of the award, it would actually be extended to May 31 in the last month of the last year the contract is active. Automatic Renewal Clauses Incorporated in Awarded Vendor Agreements with TIPS Members Resulting from the Solicitation and with the Vendor Named in this Agreement. No Agreement for goods or services with a TIPS Member by the awarded vendor named in this Agreement that results from the solicitation award named in this Agreement, may incorporate an automatic renewal clause that exceeds month to month terms with which the TIPS Member must comply. All renewal terms incorporated in an Agreement by the vendor with the TIPS Member shall only be valid and enforceable when the vendor receives written confirmation by purchase order, executed Agreement or other written instruction issued by the TIPS Member for any renewal period. The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS Member inadvertently renewing an Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS Member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. This term is not negotiable and any Agreement between a TIPS Member and a TIPS awarded vendor with an automatic renewal clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.

  • Terms and Reopening Negotiations This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023 and thereafter until modifications are made pursuant to P.E.L.R.A. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not commence negotiations for the next Agreement more than 90 days prior to the expiration of this Agreement.

  • Term and Renewal Options The term of service is 24 months (Initial Term). Following the expiration of the Initial Term, service under this option will continue on a month-to-month basis subject to the terms and conditions, including rates and discounts set forth under this option (Extension Term). The Company or the Customer may elect to forego the Extension Term by providing the other party written notice at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the Initial Term. Either party may terminate service during the Extension Term by providing the other party at least 60 days prior written notice. Term shall mean the Initial Term and the Extension Term.

  • Reopeners 1. Negotiations may be reopened by mutual agreement on any part of this contract.
