Common use of Tenant’s Business Personal Property Insurance Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Business Personal Property Insurance. Tenant shall maintain on all of its business personal property, including valuable business papers and accounts receivable; operating supplies; inventory; and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (whether owned, leased, or rented) (collectively “Business Personal Property”) an “all risk” property damage insurance policy including coverages for earthquake damage and sprinkler leakage and containing an agreed amount endorsement (or, if applicable, a business owner’s policy with a no-coinsurance provision) in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the full replacement cost valuation of such Business Personal Property. The proceeds from any such policy shall be used by Tenant for the replacement of such Business Personal property.
