Common use of TENANT DAMAGES Clause in Contracts

TENANT DAMAGES. Tenant shall not allow any damage to be committed on any portion of the Premises or Building or common areas, and at the termination of this lease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Tenant shall deliver the Premises to Landlord in as good condition as existed at the Commencement Date of this Lease, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The cost and expense of repairs necessary to restore the condition of the Premises shall be borne by Tenant.

TENANT DAMAGES. Tenant shall not allow any damage to be committed on any portion of the Premises or Building or common areas, and at the termination of this leaseLease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Tenant shall deliver the Premises to Landlord in as good condition as existed at the Commencement Date of this Lease, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The cost and expense of repairs necessary to restore the condition of the Premises shall be borne by Tenant.

Tenant shall not allow any damage to be committed on any portion of the Leased Premises or Building or common areasthe Property, and at the termination of this leaseLease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Tenant shall deliver the Leased Premises to Landlord in accordance with all terms and provisions of Section 2.9 of this Lease in as good condition as existed at the Commencement Date of this Lease, ordinary reasonable wear and tear and casualty excepted. The cost and expense of any repairs necessary to restore the condition of the Leased Premises shall be borne by Tenant.

TENANT DAMAGES. Tenant shall not allow cause any damage to be committed on any portion of the Premises or Building or common areas, and at the termination of this leaseLease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Tenant shall deliver the Premises to Landlord in as good condition as existed at the Commencement Date of this Lease, ordinary wear and tear excepted, subject to Sections 6.1 and 7.2 hereof. The cost and expense of repairs necessary to restore the condition of the Premises shall be borne by Tenant, subject to Sections 6.1 and 7.2 hereof.

TENANT DAMAGES. The cost and expense of any repairs as delineated in paragraph 5.2 which are necessary to restore the condition of the Premises shall be borne by Tenant.

The cost and expense of repairs necessary to restore the condition of the Premises shall be borne by Tenant.

Tenant shall not allow at low any damage to be committed on any portion of the Premises or Building or common areas, and at the termination of this leaseLease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Tenant shall deliver the Premises to Landlord in as good condition as existed at the Commencement Date of this Lease, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The cost and expense of repairs necessary to restore the condition of the Premises premises shall be borne by Tenant.

TENANT DAMAGES. Tenant shall not allow any damage to be committed on any portion of the Premises or Building or common areasBuilding, and at the termination of this leaseLease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Tenant shall deliver the Premises to Landlord in as good condition as existed at the Commencement Date of this Lease, ordinary wear and tear excepted and damage by fire or other casualty set forth in Article 7.0 excepted. The cost and expense of any repairs necessary to restore the condition of the Premises shall be borne by Tenant.

TENANT DAMAGES. Tenant shall not allow any damage to be committed on any portion of the Premises or Building or common areasProject, and at the expiration or termination of this leaseLease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Tenant shall deliver the Leased Premises to Landlord in as good condition as existed at the Commencement Date of this Lease, ordinary normal wear and tear tear, casualty loss and condemnation excepted. The cost and expense of any repairs necessary to restore the condition of the Leased Premises to its original condition less normal wear and tear, casualty loss and condemnation, shall be borne by Tenant.

The cost and expense of any repairs necessary to restore the condition of the Leased Premises shall be borne by Tenant.

TENANT DAMAGES. Tenant shall not allow any damage to be committed on any portion of the Leased Premises or Building or common areasProperty, and at the termination of this leaseLease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Tenant shall deliver the Leased Premises to Landlord in as good condition as existed at the Commencement Date of this Lease, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The cost and expense of any repairs necessary to restore the condition of the Leased Premises shall be borne by Tenant, and shall be paid by Tenant within 10 days at Landlord's invoice therefor.

TENANT DAMAGES. Tenant shall not allow any damage damages to be committed on any portion of the Premises or Building or common areas, and at the termination of this leaseLease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Tenant shall deliver the Premises to Landlord in as good condition as existed at the Commencement Date of this Lease, ordinary wear and tear and damage due to a casualty or condemnation, excepted. The cost and expense of repairs necessary to restore the condition of the Premises shall be borne by Tenant.

TENANT DAMAGES. Tenant shall not allow any damage to be committed on any portion of the Premises leased premises or Building or common areasbuilding, and at the termination of this leaseLease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Tenant shall deliver the Premises leased premises to Landlord in as good condition as existed at the Commencement Date commencement date of this Lease, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The cost and expense of any repairs necessary to restore the condition of the Premises leased premises shall be borne by Tenant.

TENANT DAMAGES. Tenant shall not allow any damage to be committed on any portion of the Premises or Building or common areas, and at the termination of this leaseLease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Tenant shall deliver the Premises to Landlord in as good condition as existed at the Commencement Date of this Lease, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The cost and expense of any repairs necessary to restore the condition of the Premises to the condition required under this Section 5.3 shall be borne by Tenant.

TENANT DAMAGES. Tenant shall not allow any damage to be committed on any portion of the Premises or Premises, Building or common areasProject, and at the termination of this leaseLease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Tenant shall deliver the Premises to Landlord Landlord, broom-clean, in as good condition as existed at on the Commencement Date of this LeaseAgreement, ordinary wear and tear and damage by casualty excepted. The cost and expense of any repairs necessary to restore the condition of the Premises as required by the preceding sentence shall be borne by Tenant.

Tenant shall not allow any damage to be committed on any portion of the Premises or Building or common areas, and at the termination of this lease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Tenant shall deliver the Premises to Landlord in as good condition as existed at the Commencement Date of this Lease, ordinary wear and tear and damage by casualty excepted. The cost and expense of repairs necessary to restore the condition of the Premises shall be borne by Tenant.
