Common use of Temporary Transfer/Assignment Clause in Contracts

Temporary Transfer/Assignment. The Employer agrees that in the event a clinic or unit is in need of additional employee(s) for a limited period of time (not to exceed the period set forth in Article 12, Section 5), and a Nurse Practitioners/Clinic Nurses bargaining unit person is to be used, when a temporary employee or substitute is not used, the temporary transfer/assignment shall be accomplished as follows:
