Prior Record Sample Clauses

Prior Record. The Employer shall not use an employee's prior record of disciplinary action which is more than twenty-four (24) months old in imposing any form of discipline.
Prior Record. Written reprimands that are more than one (1) year old shall not be used as a basis for suspension or discharge, dating from the date that the reprimand was issued. Provided, however, that such one (1) year time limitation will not be applicable in the case of alcohol, drug or other substance abuse.
