Temporary Performance of Higher Position Duties. 20.1 When an employee is required to perform the duties of a position higher than that of which he or she is the incumbent for one (1) or more consecutive days, they shall be paid for all the days served at the applicable rate in the higher rate in which he or she is temporarily serving.
