Temporary Duty Assignments (TDY. (A) Employees who are temporarily assigned away from the site, to which they are permanently assigned to perform work for the Company, will have their transportation provided for by the Company. Such employees will be reimbursed for travel expenses in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations provided the employee complies with said regulations. The Joint Travel Regulations will be made available to the Union upon request. The Company will pay any additional cost for lodging above the rates listed in the JTR, if the employee has obtained approval from the Branch Manager prior to incurring such expense.
