Common use of Teleworker Clause in Contracts

Teleworker. An employee (i.e., permanent, part-time, temporary) who works at an Alternative Worksite (i.e., home, telework center, or other satellite work location) either on an occasional and/or recurring schedule with a written agreement.

Teleworker. An employee (i.e., permanent, part-time, temporary) who works at an Alternative Worksite (i.e., home, telework center, or other satellite work location) either on an occasional and/or recurring schedule a Routine or Situational basis with a written agreement.

Teleworker. An employee Employee (i.e., permanent, part-time, temporary) who works at an Alternative Worksite (i.e., home, telework center, or other satellite work location) approved alternate worksite either on an occasional and/or recurring schedule with a written agreementsituational or routine basis.
