Common use of Telephone installation Clause in Contracts

Telephone installation. and all costs therefor shall be the sole responsibility of Tenant, and Tenant shall make all necessary arrangements. Such telephone installations are subject to approval by Landlord and must be performed in strict compliance with all government codes. At the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease, Tenant shall be responsible for the removal of all telecommunications and data wiring and any affiliated equipment.
