Excess or Umbrella Liability. (Occurrence Form) covering all operations with the following limits: Each Occurrence (Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Personal and Advertising Injury) $5,000,000 General Aggregate Limit (Other than Products – Completed Operations) $5,000,000 Products and Completed Operations Aggregate Limit $5,000,000 Excess or Umbrella policies shall list the Vehicle, Commercial General Liability and Employers Liability policies as underlying policies. Excess or Umbrella Liability. The Contractor must provide minimum Excess or Umbrella Liability coverage limits of $4,000,000 each occurrence in excess of the primary CGL and Automobile liability insurance limits specified in Section 10.1.2 and Section 10.1.6. The minimum total limits of $5,000,000 may also be satisfied with primary CGL insurance limits or any combination of primary excess/umbrella limits.
Excess or Umbrella Liability. The General Partner shall cause to be maintained excess or umbrella liability insurance in favor of the Partnership in an amount not less than $5,000,000 (combined single limit).
Excess or Umbrella Liability. ▪ The Contractor shall provide Excess or Umbrella Liability coverage at limits of $5,000,000 per occurrence and annual aggregate. This Excess or Umbrella Liability coverage shall apply, at a minimum, to both the Commercial General and Auto Insurance policy coverage. ▪ This requirement may be satisfied instead through the Contractor’s primary Commercial General and Automobile Liability coverage, or any combination thereof.
Excess or Umbrella Liability. Includes coverage for hazards of explosion, collapse and underground property damage, with limits of at least $10 million per occurrence and aggregate.
Excess or Umbrella Liability a) Umbrella liability insurance is preferred, but an Excess Liability equivalent may be allowed. Whichever type of coverage is provided, it shall not be more restrictive than the underlying insurance policy coverages.
Excess or Umbrella Liability insurance with a combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage of not less than $1,000,000 each occurrence with an annual aggregate of $1,000,000 to apply in excess of all insurance coverages stipulated above. In the event coverage is denied or reimbursement of a properly presented claim is disputed by the carrier for insurance provided in A through D above in connection with a claim relating to Vendor's performance of its obligations under this Agreement, Vendor shall, upon written request, provide WorldCom with a certified copy of the involved insurance policy or policies within ten (10) business days of receipt of such request. Vendor waives its right, and its underwriter's right, of subrogation against WorldCom, its shareholders, officers, directors, agents and employees thereof, WorldCom's affiliates and their shareholders, officers, directors, agents and employees thereof, and WorldCom's subsidiaries and their shareholders, officers, directors, agents and employees thereof, providing that such waiver in writing prior to loss does not void or alter coverage, and such waiver shall not affect Vendor's other rights or remedies under this Agreement or under law. Neither the insurance required herein nor the amount and type of insurance maintained by Vendor shall change the extent of Vendor's liability hereunder for injury, death, loss or damage. Except as provided in this Agreement, WorldCom, its affiliates and its subsidiaries shall not insure or be responsible for any loss or damage to property of any kind owned or leased by Vendor or its employees, servants and agents. Any policy of insurance covering the property owned or leased by Vendor against loss by physical damage shall provide that the underwriters have given their permission to waive their rights of subrogation against WorldCom, its affiliates and their directors, officers and employees, as well as their subsidiaries including the directors, officers and employees thereof. Xxx 00000 Xxxxx, XX 00000 Except as provided in this Agreement, Vendor, its affiliates and its subsidiaries shall not insure or be responsible for any loss or damage to property of any kind owned or leased by WorldCom or its employees, servants and agents.
Excess or Umbrella Liability. Excess or Umbrella Liability Coverage excess of and following form of: (i) the Commercial General Liability coverage specified in paragraph (4) above, in the amount of at least $50,000,000 per occurrence and (ii) the Employers Liability and Automobile Liability coverage specified in paragraphs (2) and (3) above, in amount of at least $50,000,000 per occurrence . . In accordance with the requirements of the Commercial General Liability section above, and to the fullest extent allowed under law, the Owner, its Members and Managers and their respective Indemnified Parties shall be included as additional insureds. Such Excess or Umbrella Liability Coverage shall be primary and non contributory as to any other liability insurance available to the Owner and the additional insureds.
