Common use of Telephone Directions Clause in Contracts

Telephone Directions. With respect to telephone Directions, the Client shall endeavor to forward written Directions confirming such telephone Directions on the same day that such verbal Directions are given to the Custodian. The fact that such confirming written Directions are not received or that contrary Directions are received by the Custodian shall in no way affect the validity of any transactions effected by the Custodian on the basis of the telephone Directions.
