Telemetry. The User is aware that the current consumption of licenses and the volume and characteristics of system consumption are automatically and periodically reported to the Vendor. The User can request information on the reported data from the Vendor at any time. The Vendor must implement and maintain appropriate administrative, physical, and technical measures to protect the security and confidentiality of telemetry data against any accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, or unauthorized access or disclosure to third parties, and measures aimed at protecting the security and confidentiality of this data.
