Common use of TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES PROVIDED FOR RESALE Clause in Contracts

TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES PROVIDED FOR RESALE. 6.1. At the request of CLEC, and pursuant to the requirements of the Act, and FCC and Commission Rules and Regulations, Sprint shall make available to CLEC for resale Telecommunications Services that Sprint currently provides or may provide hereafter at retail to subscribers who are not telecommunications carriers. The Telecommunications Services provided by Sprint to CLEC pursuant to this Part D are collectively referred to as "Local Resale."
