TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICES PROVIDED FOR RESALE. 1.1 This Article describes services that CenturyLink will make available to QuantumShift for resale. All services or offerings of CenturyLink, which are to be offered for resale pursuant to the Act, are subject to the terms and conditions herein, the applicable general terms and conditions in Articles II & III, and Applicable Law. CenturyLink shall make available to QuantumShift for resale any Telecommunications Services that CenturyLink currently offers, or may offer hereafter, on a retail basis to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers, including such services as are made available by CenturyLink to its retail End User Customers via its applicable retail tariff (hereinafter, “resold services”).

All services or offerings of CenturyLink, which are to be offered for resale pursuant to the Act, are subject to the terms and conditions herein, the applicable general terms and conditions in Articles II & III, and Applicable Law. CenturyLink shall make available to QuantumShift BullsEye for resale any Telecommunications Services that CenturyLink currently offers, or may offer hereafter, on a retail basis to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers, including such services as are made available by CenturyLink to its retail End User Customers via its applicable retail tariff (hereinafter, “resold services”).
