Common use of Technical Employees Clause in Contracts

Technical Employees. To enable the Company to keep its products abreast of scientific and technical advance, it is agreed that the Company may from time to time, and without reference to the rules of seniority set out in the contract, employ and a number of technical men or others, not to exceed ten at any one time, as designated by the Company.

Technical Employees. To enable the Company to keep its products abreast of scientific and technical advance, it is agreed that the Company may from time to time, and without reference to the rules of seniority set out in the contract, employ and utilize a number of technical men or others, not to exceed ten (10) at any one time, as designated by the Company. A qualified employee who has been bypassed by the company in the implementation of Article 7.12(7), in favour of an employee with less seniority, shall have the right to process a grievance in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.05 hereof.
