Technical College Transition. The parties agree that any issues still outstanding from the July 1, 1995, transition shall be resolved in accordance with the transition language contained in the 1995-97 MnSCU supplemental agreement. The following provisions are in effect for only those supervisors who transitioned into state service on July 1, 1995, in accordance with the merger of Technical Colleges, Community Colleges and State Universities:
