Technical Appendix C, Existing Traffic. Condition Analysis includes an existing conditions traffic analysis and establishes a base traffic case for future work. In addition to this work, it is recommended that a means shall be established to take traffic counts on SR 224 and Canyons Drive including turning movements so as to track traffic growth and create a data base for future roadway and intersection design changes if required.
