Team Teaching. 1. A review committee consisting of the building principal, a representative from central office, a regular education teacher, and a special education teacher will meet to review concerns regarding the ratio of special needs students to regular education students in all classes where a concern exists. To the extent possible, adjustments will be made to provide the most effective learning groupings for the entire school.
